Abstract

The author analyses the conflict / integration between national and supranational regulatory systems in the Bolivian case, from principle of constitutional supremacy and its impact on the principle of primacy of the community law. Study the Constitution regarding the integration and jurisprudence generated by extra-national bodies (the Court of Justice of the European Union, Luxembourg, the Andean Court of Justice, Quito) and the national authority, the Plurinational Constitutional Court. It argues that the legitimacy of the domestic regulatory system entrenched in the constitutional supremacy is possible at least to moderate coexistence based on the principle of judicial cooperation.
