The violation of fundamental rights that exist against persons deprived of liberty in Colombia, after the two judgments issued by the Constitutional Court, where declared unconstitutional state of things (Judgments T 153 and T 388 1998 Clearly 2013) loomed better prison conditions. What was intended to do with this article was to give meaning to the term re prison, and followed it to describe the most important aspects of such statements to conclude the constitutional status of things and obvious violation of the fundamental rights of inmates.
