History is a scientific discipline, as their skills are proven, tested and exposed systematically. The same is achieved, based on the collection of facts, which give as ¡nformation, which allows us capture detailed treatment on the one hand the structure of each element, and with them to establish a network, a set of relationships that are the object. On this basis, wecan ¡dentifythe logic of the matter, i.e. trendsand regularities that assumes that defines the laws of reality. On the other hand, understanding of history, involves handling a method, that is, the proceedings to an end. This means essentially managing a focus on reality, i.e. a conceptual system as a tool to understand the fundamental developments in society. In this regard it highlights the uptake of history in its contradictory nature, which is, in the forces and counterforces that move to the inside, defining its development process. However for the same, it is essential to grasp the accumulation of elements that are part of reality. It means using primary sources, stories, letters, coins, monuments, utensils, in addiction to secondary sources, i.e. existing interpretations and which are embodied in books. The application of the sense of purpose and method of history, we do addressing the problem of the crisis, with respect to the Inca empire and the colonial system. Hence, we observed two stories, one official, which usually applies, and the other, the unofficial history, pretending to be objective, as considers the complexity of historical events, that ¡s, its external and internal factors, the fighting forces within each group and alliances that are made, among other things.
