Abstract

Education as a term, is quite praised by the government, claiming to be the ultimate expression of peoples in development, considering that the education and public health are the best mechanisms to get out of poverty, which are the priorities of the state, resulting to be pretexts foran organization, decolonization or other terms that will justifythe investment. Education was able to be measured, when the record of questions inthe last census, elaborated bythe National Institute of Statistics in Bolivia, questioned about educational degree, resulting in the lack of schools in urban and rural areas, besides special schools for particular citizens with certain limited or special abilities. This article will observe all the barriers that affect the education in Bolivia and its corresponding ¡mplementation.
