Resumen

TEJADA VIZCARRA, Juan Carlos et al. Comparative evaluation of the effect of biofertilizers on the yield of two varieties of vainita (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). RIIARn [online]. 2024, vol.11, n.2, pp.57-64. ISSN 2409-1618.  https://doi.org/10.53287/gexq9219ho10r.

Biofertilizers have emerged in agriculture with the aim of promoting sustainable practices in this sector. The purpose of this research work was to compare the effect of biofertilizers made from organic solid residues of legumes, fruits and bonito fish (Sarda chiliensis chiliensis) on the yield of bean beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), in its Jade and Magnum varieties, when grown at almost 500 meters above sea level. in the city of Tacna, Peru. An analysis of the parameters and properties of the biofertilizers was carried out, obtaining high values of micronutrients, macronutrients and amino acids, which would warn of a possible influence on crop performance when applied to them. To verify this, a completely randomized block design was used, establishing eight treatments (applying to each variety: fruity biol; hydrolysis of fish waste; the combination of both and; a control) and six blocks (plots). After applying an analysis of variance, it was determined that there were significant differences in the performance of the different treatments with 95 % confidence and; also between the blocks with 99% confidence. It was concluded that the treatment consisting of 80 L ha-1 of hydrolysis of bonito fish waste that was applied to the pod in the Magnum variety was the one that obtained the highest yield (0.455 t ha-1). Likewise, it was evidenced that the Magnum variety was superior to the Jade variety in all the treatments carried out, including its controls.

Palabras clave : hydrolysis of fish waste; fruity biol; Jade variety bean; Magnum variety bean; yield.
