Abstract

In Bolivia, there is low experience in the ex post evaluation of projects in the agricultural sector, there is no regulation, methodological instruments or evaluation guidelines that help determine the success or failure of the project, which iswhythe objective ofthe workwas performthe ex post evaluation ofthe project "Improvement of the milk collection and processing center to lower the incidence of malnutrition in the municipality of Calamarca", the research was in four communities and four educational units ofthe municipality, the methodology of descriptive research was used and quasiexperimental taking into account forthe study 39 families with the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, sustainability, impact and financial economic factors, according to the logical framework ofthe project. The results show an efficiency of 73%, efficiency of 75%, as they are less than 100% it was not effective and efficient; the executed project was impertinent in 43%, in addition it has been unsustainable in 44.08%. The impact of the project to quantify and analyze the effect generated after the execution of the project, with the measurement of before and after indicators, in general average was 40.04%, of changes produced and compliance with the goals set. The unit cost of producing one literof milk is 0.44 USD, the benefitcost ratio is greaterthan one, forthe Cañuma community, however, forthe three Panzuri, Sivincani, and San Antonio de Senka communities, it is less than one.
