The presence of SpecificAntigen of Prostate (PSA) has been quantified in the seminal fluid. PSA is a seminal protein enough studied, the mediating presence the method of Inmunoensayo ELISA has been determined in diverse samples of forensic interest: males' biological fluids: blood, urine, saliva, feces. Women's fluids: blood menstrual, urine, vaginal fluid and anal sample. Mixed fluids of blood and menstrual blood with diluted semen. In the fluids that come from women it is not observed values detectables of PSA, on the other hand in the biological fluids of males as semen, blood, urinates, itwas detected appreciable concentrations of PSA. In the investigation of sexual crimes the test of PSA for ELISA has a great importance in the search and investigation in Forensic Biochemistry of the semen, when the presence of biological several fluids exists on an indication it should be interpreted with a lot of caution the values found by the forensic laboratory.
