Abstract The Educational Paradigm Transcom-plex intends to propose the theoretical ba-sis on which you can build proposals for educational reforms for countries. The sub-ject is a learner complejizador, focusing on transdisciplinary research on that individual and social capacity to construct, decon-struct and reconstruct knowledge and be a problem-oriented, thoughtful and complex agent. This linkage complexity and trans-disciplinarity in education, has a name and started to travel the world under the cate-gory of "transcomplejidad", ie find what is between, across and beyond the disciplines themselves, seen in educational terms, a new way of living and interacting in hu-manity. We must break the mandate that the "stable" culture and the need to keep the school as the center of the engine and transmission of knowledge and the curriculum as a tool to select content.
