Abstract With the Fourth Industrial Revolution, robots and computers are replacing activities that were traditionally carried out by human beings. Automation will increase productivity, reduce errors and improve both quality and speed to achieve results that are beyond the capacity of human beings. The changes occur immediately and have diverse effects that make it difficult for society to adapt. In this work, data and opinions of experts have been compiled regarding the potential advantages and harms of the changes, especially in the labor market.
