As a tool, the ENAHO household survey was used for 551 university youths enrolled. The results showed that COVID-19 generated an expected loss of 50.2% in the percentage of approved in the regular cycle due to limited internet access since 51.7% of young people maintain their home of origin outside Puno, and 56.42% do not have this service.
