Now debates take place with different nuances, by virtue of the synchronous and asynchronous activities have given rise to a series of changes that originated substantial variations in Universities. This reality forces us to consider new paradigms of virtual education in the Educational Management of the University, among them mainly the Academic Freedom. Its characteristics has been altered due to factors such as technology, training, the teacher-student relationship and skills teaching in virtual classrooms, all in a technological field that is dynamic in a very different way, which in turn affects the exercise of this vital principle within the framework of University Autonomy.
