Abstract

This research aims to state the educational research and knowledge production process in the community educational practice introduced in the ESFM "Mariscal Sucre", which lead to identification of main causes the problem detected as central in this process. The research contemplates different bibliographic and documentary sources and the application of field research techniques and instruments. It is concluded that the main characteristics of the Educational Research and Knowledge Production Process Logic in the Community Educational Practice (IEPC-PEC) implemented at the ESFM "Mariscal Sucre" are: gradual change and consistency stated in the process, teamwork, becoming the integration axis of Training Units (subjects) and assuming the educational experiences systematization as a modality of graduation. Regarding the last mentioned characteristic, the teacher training institution needs to impel with structured work actions that contribute to the orientation and follow-up of the educational experiences systematization processes in a reflective and critical way in which future professionals may assume their leading role as empowered subjects in their training from the claiming of their learned experiences
