Abstract The present research aims to study the problem of limitations referred to imbalances and contradictions in cooperation and coordination between the Bolivian Justice System and the native indigenous peasant jurisdiction of Qhara Qhara Suyu firom the pluricultural institutional framework of the Bolivian State. The issue is approached from the description of its location, characteristics, foundations as well as the application and detection áreas of the problem in terms of coexistence with other jurisdictions in the Bolivian judicial system
