Abstract This article examines, firstly, the category of the regimes of truth, starting from the literary texts of the novéis under study. Secondly, an approach to social representations is established as a collateral category to the aforementioned. With the purpose of understanding the categories of the Regimes of Truth and Social Representations, it was established a state of art on the topic, which is based on specific authors and their theoretical contributions in this field. In the text continuity and as a methodology, it is applied the bibliographic method and some elements of the texts structural analysis of the novéis previously cited. Finally, in third place and as provisional results, it is expressed the categories that the same study proposes as áreas of analysis.
