Abstract

This work involves an analytical review of the progress and contributions on the Technical Humanistic Baccalaureate (BTH) implementation, in the Productive Community Secondary Education of the Plurinational State of Bolivia within the framework of Education Law N° 070 "Avelino Siñani - Elizardo Pérez". In this review, the information was systematized based on categorization using methods as the content analysis and synthesis for inferences of the reflections previously made. As a result of the theoretical approaches identification on the subject, it is concluded that, from a critical position, the technical humanistic baccalaureate in public, agreement and private Educational Units is an appropriate response to the needs and interests of young people for the development of technical skills as part of their training. Likewise, the analysis of this research allowed us to get closer to the reality emerged as response to BTH and its impact at social level.
