The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between educational management and service quality in public institutions in Metropolitan Lima. The approach was quantitative with a descriptive-correlational scope, the sample was made up of 93 teachers from 3 educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima. Two questionnaires were applied to this group: one to measure the perception of educational management and another for service quality. Based on the results, for the quality of service, 14.0% of the participants rated this quality as low, 61.3% as regular and 24.7% as high. Regarding educational management, it was indicated that 21.5% considered it to be bad, 37.6% considered it to be average, and 40.9% considered it to be good. The study concluded that there is a relationship between educational management and service quality (rho= .568; p = .000).
