It is evident an inequality in relation to domestic work between men and women, with the aim of analyzing this situation in the professional field of health, as well as during the COVID-19 pandemic, is that this review is carried out.
Despite the fact that women have achieved access to education, they have not yet widely achieved access to work, despite their training and capacity. This plus the fact of having a work overload due to her productive activity plus reproductive activity.
In professional work in the health area, stress and anxiety have caused women to adapt by having multiple belongings or deciding to prioritize one of the two activities. It is imperative to make this reality visible in order to generate changes in public policy.
