ABSTRACT In this research work, the role played by the Smart Ayllu model is described, as a comprehensive territorial development mechanism in the Micaya community, where the societal component constitutes a key element for the sustainable management of the territory. The characteristics of the Ayllu in Bolivia were rescued, and compared with the Smart Cytis, Smart Community and Smart Villages, characterizing their synergy between them, which has allowed us to identify their contributions in the Smart Ayllu. The state of affairs of the Micaya community has been evaluated, identifying its components (links and areas), likewise, this has made it possible to characterize the synergy between the two. Identifying the actors of the Micaya community, as builders of a sustainable community territorial model. Based on this situational analysis, the territorial system in Aynuqa developed in Micaya responds to a sustainable model, guaranteeing production and the main role of the social fabric in the community. These are structured under this new way of revaluing their community life system, the Smart Ayllu.
