In the first phase (Qualitative) the four topics of the human resources management evaluation model were adapted to the individual evaluation of performance, in the second stage (quantitative phase) the most appropriate indexes and statistical coefficients were used to validate the instrument of proposed evaluation, getting a favorable result for the validation of the  instrument.
