Although each company or organization develops performance’s evaluation, many of them does it with decontextualized tools or with evaluation limitations. Consequently, this article has the purpose to create an instrument for evaluation job performance for commercial positions that considers the essential dimensions of performance in organizations, by adapting the Harvard model of the "4C" of Beer, using the type of exploratory research of quantitative approach. In the first phase (Qualitative) the four topics of the human resources management evaluation model were adapted to the individual evaluation of performance, in the second stage (quantitative phase) the most appropriate indexes and statistical coefficients were used to validate the instrument of proposed evaluation, getting a favorable result for the validation of the  instrument.
