Abstract Joining the health and economic crisis that the COVID-19 pandemic brought with it, an existential crisis is shown from the social isolation and identity, that shows similar characteristics to the middle age crisis, besides that, leaves us to question if the “normal” we were living in until its abrupt interruption really works. Later, questions that therapist or anyone are presented that can be used to reinstate hope in others, furthermore, phenomena such as online education or fighting family violence manifest themselves in different parts of the world, proving that the pandemic represents opportunity to develop interventions methods that can be culturally transported, sharing the same experiences as humanity without borders
