Abstract The trial highlights heuristics and cognitive biases in the public policies of China, Peru and Bolivia during the Covid-19 pandemic (the countries have been selected for their relevance in cumulative deaths per million data). The trial analyses chronological evidence of political events focused on the SARS-COV-2 virus. Less public policy bias is obtained from countries that take into account protocols with scientific evidence, without excluding the social context.
