ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to evaluate spirituality from the scale of spiritual-religious attitudes towards the management of SpREUK disease in 51 patients with rheumatic diseases. The design of the study was descriptive of transversal type, by means of a survey type methodology. Regarding the results, a low positive attitude can be seen regarding the search for support (for Support / Access), trust (in a guide / superior source) and reflection (Positive interpretation of the disease). The preliminary results of this study indicated good levels of chronbach alpha internal consistency in the three dimensions of SpREUK and in the total scale. It is suggested to develop exploratory and confirmatory analysis to know the levels of validity and reliability
