ABSTRACT The present study analyzes the place children occupy in the family and its influence on the leadership, if they have it. Is make a study descriptive-comparative with students of 2nd and 5th year of the career of psychology of the University of San Andres. With questionnaires, we can detect who are leaders in their courses and with questions personal we investigate about those roles that play in their families and how they influence in its leadership.
