Abstract This article tries on the teaching and the development of the fellow's personality. It is distanced of the traditional conception of teaching understood as transmission of knowledge or I eat instruction of behaviors. He/she thinks about that the teaching is a creation process, organization and disposition of pedagogic, psychological, social, physical and legal conditions that facilitate the learning. A teaching of the personal development doesn't require of didactic methods, but of formative methods that you/they mediate the recreation of the organization and of the sense of development of the fellow's personality.
