Abstract The article is an opinion poll of employers on the corresponding graduates and professionals in psychology, labor market this research will give us information about job skills and professional performance in public and private institutions, the instruments implemented in research were a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview, in addition to contrast the data a review of the requested personal published on Sunday in steps 2013, 2014 and 2015 newspaper the daily Journal and the Reason forthe city of held Peace. For a sample of 103 research institutions in the city of La Paz it was formed, with a sampling error of 9.6% and confidence level of 95%.
