This research aims to determine the employment of graduates of Psychology at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, for this purpose a descriptive study was conducted using a question-naire of employment by atelephone survey of 240 graduates ofthe steps2007 -2015, taking into account the different variables in relation to their employment as information on their edu-cation, the cha racte risti cs of their employment, entitled perception about their training received in the psychology and ongoing training after their degree. Analysis and reflection on the results of this study serves to know the reality of labor UMSA licensed psychologist and as an input for decision-making by teachers and students to improve the career and plan reformulation study that responds to the needs and demands required by today's labor market in Bolivia.
