The work is a theoretical study of reflective nature that collects a number of ideas and concepts for premeditated crimes against life, forthe analysis of the issue could be the basis or starting point for the theory of crime from the right and / or to complement the topics to explore during the investigation in the preparatory stage or even to give more information to the judge at the time of fixing it.
