Abstract This research analyzes the correlation of the variable daily stressors to coping; the sample consists of 34 children home José Soria a12 years 8 La Paz city. The results show positive correlations average daily stressors variable with the following coping strategies; alternative gratification, cognitive avoidance, paralysis, emotional control and seeking support. Finally, it presents the need to use the results to develop psychological and educational interventions in orderto develop functional coping strategies that allow better emotional development.
