Summary Due to not having work relating to the development of virtues in different ethnic groups, comes the need to investigate the virtues: Wisdom and Knowledge, Spirituality and Transcendence in a group of Aymara students under a methodological approach that responds to a correlational design, with techniques such as the inventory of virtues and strengths of Seligman and questionnaire Aymara cultural self-identification. Result of this research, it is evident that the correlation is positive between being Aymara and Wisdom, and no correlation with trascendende, all in terms of the virtues to investigate.
