The aim in this research is to provide information on knowledge, attitudes and behaviors regarding human sexuality, among young adult (university students). This study is a complement to the academic curricula for Psychophysiology II that is given as a subject within UMSA School of Psychology. The research was planned and produced collectively with the students. The questions included knowledge and beliefs on neuroendocrine control of sexual behavior, sexual cycle, menstruation, menopause, reproductive and sexual health, and practices regarding sexual preferences, behaviors and opinions. Also included were Ítems on specific practices and experiences (masturbation, sexual relations and abuse, etc.). Emerging theorical aspects on neuroscience of brain and sexuality were explored, among other themes covered in class. The objective is both academic and of basic research of a part of national reality that has received little attention before, and much less with an epidemiological perspective among college students
