The paper presents a neuropsychological evaluation notebook for individuáis older than 65 years oíd that specifies the cognitive domain, dimensión and ability affected by memory deterioration. The paper reviews the standard memory analysis instruments used in the Bolivian hospital system and applies 14 different tests to all the patients of La Paz General Hospital, main hospital in Bolivia, during 2007 The neuropsychological notebook denominated "Differential Memory Evaluation" was prepared after a literature review of memory classification and a statistical and qualitative analysis of 83 Ítems. The notebook presents 34 Ítems and includes evaluation of episodical memory, operative memory, semantic memory and procedural memory
