Abstract

PINTO LOPEZ, Rubén Alberto. Who are the least advantaged?: Educational inequality in higher education. Rev Cien Cult [online]. 2021, vol.25, n.46, pp.111-133. ISSN 2077-3323.

The article analyzes the accessibility, acceptability and adaptability of Higher Education within the Supreme Decree 4260 of regulation of educational attention and its regulation during the Pandemic in Bolivia (March to July 2020) from a qualitative approach. It is observed that public policy for Higher University Education within the dimensions of the right to education should prioritize accessibility and avoid the reproduction of social inequalities.
