Abstract

INCH C., Marcela. Ludovico Bertonio pastoral Works in Charcas (XVII to XVIII centuries). Rev Cien Cult [online]. 2012, n.28, pp.41-61. ISSN 2077-3323.

This research follows the existence and use of Bertonio´s works in Charcas libraries existing at that time, since the date they were published to the end of the XVIII century. She mentions the implications they had in the Aymara´s conversion to Catholicism. As a parallel the author mentions the range of diffusion of works of other languages missioners such as quechua, guaraní, chiriguano and others. So to conclude that Bertonio’s range of reach was scarce.
