New theoretical strategies are necessary to analyze current transformations on constitutionalism. $is short essay presents deconstructionism, legal pluralism and constitutional politics as new strategies to understand the Bolivian onstitutional text, it therefore suggests a change in the understanding that goes from the Legal State to a Constitutional Politics.
