Today, the threats to the environment and the planet earth have become more serious and pressing problems that wars or earthquakes and tsunamis. This makes it urgent that universities engage with particular attention to forming human resources devoted to work towards improving and preserving the environment and development through programs and plans for increasing global awareness about this hazard. The Catholic University of Bolivia has in his career as the mainstay Environmental Engineering in charge of providing specific respect efficiently. The article thus develops from the plans and programs of the race in its commitment to the Bolivian society.
