Socio-emotional skills are developed from the first years of life and allow human beings to adapt to different social contexts, therefore, the research aimed to strengthen socio-emotional skills in children in early education, 5-year-old classroom, at the Educational Center. Institution N°143, Huánuco, Peru, through the application of innovative pedagogical activities with an inclusive approach. Under the foundations of the socio-critical paradigm, qualitative methodological perspective, an action research was carried out with the 24 students of the section. The information collected through participant observation and focus groups reveals noncompliance with cohabitation agreements, interpersonal conflicts, and deficits in social and collaborative skills; with the implementation of the action plan, coexistence agreements, interpersonal relationships, and social and collaborative skills were strengthened. In conclusion, action research strengthens interpersonal relationships, promotes personal and collective growth in the inclusive educational context.
