Entering university is a stressful factor for adolescents, added to the context of the pandemic, they lose the routines of this milestone, assuming only the academic role. The objective of the research was to determine the post-intervention psychotherapeutic influence of The Tree of Life, at a distance, on the results of the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS -21), during the pandemic period, in first-year students. of obstetrics. The research had a quantitative, descriptive and longitudinal design, with a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 40 students, who met the inclusion criteria and signed the informed consent. The pre- and post-intervention score was evaluated using the DASS-21 scale, validated in Chile. Regarding the results for the three variables analyzed, a significant difference was observed in the mean scores after psychotherapeutic intervention. In conclusion, the application of the DASS 21 scale managed to investigate the students who presented diverse symptoms of a depressive, anxious and/or stress type, in order to apply the intervention, reducing the score in the severity symptomatology.
