The investigation portrays a case study of a young couple from the city of La Paz. This is based on a qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm that seeks to decipher violence in the dynamics of a couple relationship and identify ways for its intervention. This, therefore, is also a descriptive investigation that, based on a diagnosis, specifies characteristics of violence through case analysis methodologies such as the duogram and the conflict diagram. Depending on the phenomenological diagnosis made, two intervention routes will be presented, one individual and one of the couple, so the tasks of the psychotherapist for these cases will be outlined.
