The present investigation was carried out with a 10-year-old boy diagnosed with par twenty-one trisomy, in the city of La Paz-Bolivia. Carried out through the case study methodology with neuropsychological technique. Given the need to carry out a correct rehabilitation and to know all the aspects related to the trisomy of the twenty-first, in this investigation the question arises to analyze the cognitive processes in a child with trisomy of the twenty-first from a neuropsychological evaluation model. In order to analyze this, it was carried out based on the neuropsychological examination of the Lefevre boy. By identifying that there were difficulties in the participant's cognitive processes, a model of information processing was carried out based on the deficit of information integration. A rehabilitation program for deficit functions was built. Finally, as a conclusion and discussion, it is stated that the greatest difficulty in the par twenty-one trisomy is found in the integration of information and that it is necessary to normalize the presence of these people in society.
