Abstract

ZAPATA CAPELLINO, Jose Luis  and  GOMEZ LAFUENTE, Jaime. PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN EN BASE A LAS FUENTES DE AUTOEFICACIA PARA INCREMENTAR EL RENDIMIENTO DE UN JUGADOR DE BOWLING. Ajayu [online]. 2017, vol.15, n.2, pp.172-194. ISSN 2077-2161.

The purpose of the research was to determine if an intervention program based on self-efficacy sources could increase the performance of a bowling player. The design used was A-B with two variables. Likewise the data underwent a binomial distribution as well as a trend analysis to analize the results. For this we take into account two periods, one while the intervention program was being applied and another at the end. During the application there was an increase on performance but this was not significant, in this period the activities from the sources of performance accomplishments and vicarious experiences were applied. Upon completion of the intervention program there was an increase in performance but this time was significant, the activities of verbal persuasion, physiological states and imagery were applied. So you could say that the intervention program based on self-efficacy sources increase the performance of a bowling player.
