Abstract

ABASTOFLOR CALDERON, Vielaba Abril. INTERSUBJECTIVE NOTIONS CONSTRUCCION OF LAW, RULE AND JUSTICE IN JUVENILES DEPRIVED OF THEIR LIBERTY. Ajayu [online]. 2016, vol.14, n.1, pp.70-101. ISSN 2077-2161.

This research aims to investigate the intersubjective construction of notions of law, rule and justice, and the differences and relations between them in juveniles deprived of their liberty. Based on psychological, social and anthropological theories of social reality construction, aims to deepen on the construction process of these notions in their objective and subjective dimensions, highlighting the importance of their study in specific groups, in terms of an approach based on the interaction of the individual and his context. Given that the social world is constructed of meanings and symbols, intersubjectivity will be considered a fundamental part of the basis for qualitative research and investigate the meanings of the above concepts reflexively, in their individual and collective dimensions. Thus, from these constructions, you can discover the dynamics of interaction between teens and their environment, in this case a detention center for adolescents in conflict with the law. The study was conducted with 19 adolescents male prisoners, oscillating between 12 and 18 years old.

Keywords : Social construction; reality; intersubjectivity; adolescence; adolescents in conflict with the law; law; rule; justice; symbolic interactionism.
