Abstract

SANCHEZ DOMINGUEZ, Juan Pablo. PSYCHOANALYSIS AND PATERNAL FUNCTION: CAPE LORTIE PARRICIDE. Ajayu [online]. 2015, vol.13, n.1, pp.76-97. ISSN 2077-2161.

This work initially questions the dehumanizing nature of crime of parricide present in our regulatory assemblies time. Subsequently, following the case of "Cape Lortie" established by Pierre Legendre, it's analyzed the thesis that all homicide is a parricide as whatever it is against the principle of reason and disrupts the absolute reference that founds the human subjectivity. Finally the coordinates of the event under the paternal function logic are discussed.

Keywords : Psychoanalysis; parricide; crime; paternal function.
