This essay discusses about the classic concept of perversion, its indiscriminate use in the ordinary language and the confuse employment in relation to another terms such as: perversity and perverse tendency. Analyzes on the same way the concept formulation in the psychoanalytic field bringing it to a condition of structure and away from a purely phenomenological question. Realizes a path from Freud and many other contemporary authors about mechanism employed into the perversion in relation to self excision, so that enables its delimitation respect to others structures.
