The research examines aspects of reception and understanding of and prospects prescriptionmedicines bypatientsand studentsofcoursesin the areaof health.Theinappropriate prescribing ofmedications, especiallypsychotropic drugs, can also occurbecause offactorspresent inthe communicationlanguageinthedoctor-patientrelationship. Thatcan lead to problemsincognitive and psychomotorlearningand school failure. The badprescribingpsychoactive medications, leading to incorrect understandingof the patient, can havepleasurable effectsthat can generaterecurrence inthe search, which can leadtochemical dependencytablewithseriousconsequences. 5787respondentsprescriptionsand throughcontent analysisand sociolinguistics, we studythe problemsof understandingindicativetermsfor useof the product.In the16, 5% of prescriptions were founderrors in the amountof milligramsrecommendedfor consumption, leaving the patient's interpretation ofpharmacologicalinformationaregenerallyoutside its domain, covering issues numeric,timetakenanddidacticrepresentations. In 11%of prescriptionshad an indicationofswallowing a pillfor five days, without specifyingwhether it was1/5ofa dayor1pastillapillper dayfor fivedays.The badprescriptionmay involvenumericalissues, timetaken, didacticrepresentations, the semantic field ofthe word, the useof metaphorsand especiallythe mistake of workingwithconceptsnotsharedinthedoctor-patient relationship.
