The central purpose of this article is to discuss and analyze some key concepts of the work of Eugene Gendlin culminate: A Process Model. To follow this purpose see the concept of experience, and the concept of significant body and how therapeutic change occur. Trying to explain the phenomenon of change is somehow discover that focusing this model would be explained by procedural paradigm had not yet been discussed with the systematicity with which Gendlin is done in this wonderful book. Somehow, this paper attempts to make the reader familiar Focusing know and want to advance the understanding of it, with this book that has been translated two years ago and is now available to all Spanish-speaking community.
