An accurate diagnosis is the beginning of a successful work. Therefore the topic of diagnosis in the Psychoanalytic Clinical implies a careful process of observation and analysis. It is a highly complex matter to the point that the investigations in this field defines the question of the “the diagnosis construction”. For this reason the analyst takes a large number of preliminary interviews before going into the sofa to star the specific analysis. He knows that by investigating profoundly each case he will be able to be certain of how the case had been carried along the best possible way the complex process of diagnosing. The central axis of the present work evolves around the construction of the diagnosis of a clinical case, based in the review of some guidelines about the psychic organization of the hysterical structure by proposing the following approach: Is the following case an evidence of a psychic hysterical structure? At the same time, this rests in theoretical points like, the features of the structure, the constitution of the subject, and specific questions about the structural features of the hysteria.
