Abstract

ROTH, Erick  and  LACOA, Devadip. ANÁLISIS PSICOLÓGICO DE LA CONDUCTA EMPRENDEDORA EN ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS: MEDICIÓN, RELACIONES Y PREDICCIÓN. Ajayu [online]. 2009, vol.7, n.1, pp.113-150. ISSN 2077-2161.

The present paper is concerned with entrepreneur attitude from three different points of view. In the first place, it was explored an alternative to measure that attitude. With this purpose it was adapted to a Bolivian university student population, a Likert type scale developed in other cultural context. That adaptation was successfully carried out and psychometrically tested. In the second place, it was reported a series of correlations between entrepreneur attitude and other psychological variables such as readiness to change, ego-resilience, emotional self-efficacy and change related values. The results exhibit significant correlations between high entrepreneur attitude and all mentioned variables. On the contrary, low levels of entrepreneur attitude don’t show relevant correlations with none of those variables. In third place, the multiple regression analysis allowed a model to predict entrepreneur attitude from readiness to change, ego-resilience, self-direction and achievement values. Finally, the general results were discussed in the context of attitude change and behavior entrepreneur training.

Keywords : entrepreneurial attitudes; readiness to change; ego-resilience; change oriented values.
