Abstract

DEL GRANADO MENA, Andrea  and  UNZUETA NOSTAS, Carla. INCIDENCE AND FUNCTION OF THE FAMILY STRUCTURE IN THE SUBJECT CONSTITUTION. Ajayu [online]. 2004, vol.2, n.1, pp.21-30. ISSN 2077-2161.

These research contributes the relation analysis between child and family from the view of Psychoanalysis, whose propouse of study is the subject of the unconscious that marks the particularity in each person. From this logic, the research responds to a methodology that starts in the facts, constructs concepts and elaborates theory in order to explain such situations. That is why, there have been elaborated and articulated concepts to explain and give account of the evident influence that exerts the family on the child, this is an important function that is generated by the encounter between two instances: child and family. This is a true encounter because necessarily implies a change. This encounter is between an organism that then is constituted as a subject and the structure that names it and thus makes it exist. The different structures identified by the psychoanalytic theory -neurosis, psychosis and perversion- are explained and determined by the nature of this encounter, that is to say, by the positions assumed by the child before the symbolic structure that receives it. In this sense, it is demonstrated that the clear incidence of the family on the child becomes an essential function which is the transmission of the subject constitution.
