This work purpose is point out the existing relation between psychoanalysis and science. Psychoanalysis could not exist without relation with science, it is considered as a conjectural science and therefore opposite to formal or exact sciences, consequently, proceeding to follow is founded on conjecture and inferences not so in measurable or quantificable facts, nevertheless conjecture and inference have the required strictness to any other science. Psychoanalysis research involves discover and eviscerate the problems that clinic introduces, therefore, psychoanalysis research involves articulate theory with practice for each case. Freudian scientific consist precisely in the assent offered to “ideal science” with respect to it is judged the rightness or not psychoanalysis to the whole of practices that can be joined under that ideal. On the other hand, in the case of lacaniana formula, there is not relation to any ideal as concerned to the matter of “true and real “ in science this position consists of an arrangement of facts in field of truthness of falsehood defined according to adequacy of facts. For psychoanalysis the truth idea that matters is not defined from a relation of adequation of symbolic with  real but the return of the remaining “forcluido” in that pretended adequacy. With respect to clinic in psychoanalysis, technical matters are always ethical matters for one very precise reason, we a address to the subject.
